I disliked the fact that I could use…

I disliked the fact that I could use some features like analytics tools for website activity and now it says I must pay, the same goes with other features, like campaigns and social. It's a good tool, but these sudden limitations made me change my mind and thinking to tell my superiors to move onto another CRM tool.

Good tool for us to begin with but…

Good tool for us to begin with but became difficult to use. Mostly focussed on marketing and we needed sales platform solution. Could work for some people or with deep pockets.

Unreasonable restriction applied in just a few days

I signed up to test website features and explore the capabilities, as a marketer and keen technology hobbyist I was hoping to use Hubspot to support my new website and brand.
