"Using Hubspot for 4+ years"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I love the cohesiveness of the platform and how easy they make it to keep track of your leads. You're able to have customized email templates, a sequence flow, reminders, tasks and automatic outreach. It eliminates hours out of my day.

Hubspot barely works
Hubspot barely works - the integration with Outlook is buggy, and it's unreliable on Macs as well. They have got very good at 'sales' - and we were sucked in - but the bills keep going up and up, and they hide the fees in the way they label order forms. There's some clever features in the system, but it's simply not reliable enough to be taken seriously.

I spent a wasted day setting my account up
I spent a day setting my account up, sent my first campaign and in the evening I can no longer access my account. It asks me to do it again, all my work was lost. Help chat pathetic, he just said I should ask the Community Forum! I was going to set up a plan but not now, I can't risk having all my hard work deleted and with no explanation

"Amazing CRM"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot is by far my favorite CRM it's very very user friendly. You can personalize so much, and target more people. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?
