Had an issue with my subscription which was promptly resolved
Had an issue with my account not reflecting its premium status. Customer Service got back to me within a day of raising the request and were able to resolve the issue. I'm very surprised and happy to receive such prompt service in today's day and age.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue getting one of my phones linked to my existing account. I emailed Hotspot Shield Support to get assistance. They emailed me with detailed instructions on how to get this done, and also emailed me a day or so later to make sure I was able to get it it done, or if I needed additional assistance. Great customer service you don’t see much of anymore. I have been a customer for over three years now, and will continue to use Hotspot Shield in the future. Great protection for your phone!

I'v used this product for 2 plus years
I've used this product for a number of years and found it to be a reliable product for VPN use. Any difficulties I experienced were addressed in a reasonable amount of time and were quickly resolved and explained to me in a clear, concise manner. I highly recommend this product.

This action was not taken by me and now…
The team at hotspot was able to help reinstate my account after I was able to show receipts from my initial purchase of my premium membership when someone tried to claim they were the true owners of the account.

I had a trouble with my account because I have dashlane like application to save passwords and hotspot shield is free for dashlane users. my vpn account didn't work but the support team helpeld me with this matter

this product is amazing and the service is better.
this product is amazing , i had a small issue and within minutes the customer service team had it resolved. i rarely recommend products or companies but happy to make an exception here. first class !
