Unrivaled Premium Speed

I've been using the premium version for over 3 years. The VPN connection is fast and efficient, multiple locations to choose from, although most times I just use the auto feature. Works great for browsing, gaming and calling (including video calling), even with multiple devices connected. I contacted customer service for an issue today over their live chat and the wait was short for a live agent, then the issue was resolved within minutes. I'm very happy with the service.

Great customer experience
I lost my connection before moving last July. Eight months later I tried to reset my connection but did not have the old email address to reset my password. The Hotspot team patiently guided me through a complete reset without any issues, even by dealing with different people. They were knowledgeable about my situation and solved the issue. Happy life time subscriber.
