Very fast and efficient service
Very fast and efficient service. Had difficulty installing my tv as one of my premium devices. 15 minutes after informing Hotspot Shield of my problem an email was sent giving step by step instructions which worked first time. Very pleased. Thanks to Louie and the team.

Unrivaled Premium Speed

I've been using the premium version for over 3 years. The VPN connection is fast and efficient, multiple locations to choose from, although most times I just use the auto feature. Works great for browsing, gaming and calling (including video calling), even with multiple devices connected. I contacted customer service for an issue today over their live chat and the wait was short for a live agent, then the issue was resolved within minutes. I'm very happy with the service.
