Good, fast, reliable
This VPN works even in the countries that block the other ones, it is fast and stable, would definitely recommend it. Also, support is responsive and helpful, they helped to resolve my issues with double subscription.

Hotspot Shield works as advertised, AND excellent customer service after the sale.
Hotspot Shield works as advertised, but customer service is also very important. Today, I needed to avail myself of customer service and found them incredibly responsive. The care and attention I received were first-rate and made me feel like an important customer. This is the first time I had occasion to contact customer service in the six years I have been a client. Excellent experience, two thumbs up!

Best Customer Service ever.
My experience has been excellent. I have been with Hotspot Shield for almost a decade & have been100 percent satisfied. The customer service is second to none, with fast response & helpful staff. It's definitely a 10 out of 10 from me.

I have an issue in my account
I have an issue in my account. I cannot activate from my Dashlane account. The HS's Costumer Service replied me in 11 minutes and solved my issue. It's the fastest replied that i encountered in a Costumer Service.

Best support ever
I had experienced issues with signing in different devices. The Help Desk was amazing, quick, professional, and kind. Everything resolved. I am very grateful indeed. I have tried few vpn providers. Hotspot Shield is the Best by now in my opinion.
