Great Customer Service
Had an issue with my account telling me I had only basic when I know I enrolled in premium. Contacted customer support and they got back to me within a couple of hours and let me know I was signing on with the wrong account id. Duh. User error. But issue resolved thanks to a very speedy response and I am back in business.

Problem connecting on a new computer.
I had a problem getting to use UltraVPN on my new iMac. The support staff responded to my request amazingly swiftly and the problem was sorted in a jiffy. This has been my experience whenever I've encountered any problem - which I should say is a rare occurrence. Many thanks to the support team!
