Very professional and friendly. Did not make me feel silly for asking since my bank gave up no further info except the charge was pending. The chat professional reaffirmed that there’s no charge since I’ve accessed the app via Dashlane. Much appreciation!

Good support at Hotspot Shield
As a Dashlane user, I also have access to VPN from Hotspot Shield. When this account was created something went wrong! probably because of myself - maybe a check box I did not check. However, the support of Hotspot Shield met my problems promptly! First, I got access to VPN by a temporary account. I had an issue with the VPN
I had an issue with the VPN, and emailed Hotspot Shield for support. The response was very quick, and appropriate. It took a few attempts to resolve the problem, and I was 100% satisfied. Each time the response was very quick, and extremely easy to follow (which in my experience is unusual). I was very impressed by Hotspot Shield.

To be honest I could ask for more they are the faster costumer service I had a problem the other day and contact them and they check in within 12 hours That’s impressive trust me Anyway I recommend it’s very good vpn

Great services and costumer support
The services Hoptspot provide are just on point. I have been using Hotspot Shield from 2016 onwards. Recently, I had an issue with subscription and I contacted customer Support. The problem was promptly resolved. If you have any problems your facing with Hotspot Shield, don't hesitate to contact them. They will surely help you out.
