Excellent VPN Support
So far the VPN is pretty fast. The support and technical team are quite fast in response to solve my connection issue. Very good follow up service to make sure we have good connection with Hotspot Shield VPN. Loved it!

Great Customer Service
Had an issue with my account telling me I had only basic when I know I enrolled in premium. Contacted customer support and they got back to me within a couple of hours and let me know I was signing on with the wrong account id. Duh. User error. But issue resolved thanks to a very speedy response and I am back in business.
