Very fast, competent tech support
Very fast, competent tech support. HotSpotShield VPN has worked flawlessly for me for nearly two years. (It's by far the fastest and stablest VPN I've tried, by the way, and I've tried many.) Today, though, after having installed the VPN on a second router, I was having a serious connection problems. Within a matter of minutes, I received a reply which provided clear steps to follow. I did so, and in a short time I was up and running again.

Issue connecting with an ARM64 PC.
I was initially having issues connecting on my Windows 11 Surface Pro X (ARM64) PC. The team is extremely responsive, patience and helped resolved quickly. Highly recommended. A++++++++++++++++++++++
