Can't connect to US VPN

Hotspot Shield connection issues
I recently had to reinstall Hotspot Shield onto two laptops both of which would not connect. Everything I tried would not solve the problem so as a Dashlane premium account holder I emailed the support team with the problem who immediately acknowledged the email. Within 24 hours I received a detailed email with full instructions how to solve the problem. I followed their instructions which were very clear and the problem is now solved.
