One of my TVs lost Hotspot Shield
One of my TVs lost Hotspot Shield. Tried to reset Firestik etc. No joy, I sent email to support. They came through immediately and I was able to reset per instructions, Great Joy ensued! Good job tech support!!

I like everything about it
I like everything about it. From fast and fast access to anywhere in the world, to teamwork in case of problems. Recently there was a problem and the app stopped working. I created a request and since then, almost every day I was written from customer support team with requests to check settings, configurations, access to different locations. Staff member knew his stuff
Anthony knew his stuff and was very helpful. I wanted a refund due to a slow VPN connection and he was able to help me so now my connection is way faster and I no longer wish to get the refund.
