The best VPN on the internet
This is the best VPN I’ve ever tried. It’s worth paying every penny for it because it won’t disappoint. Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to afford it and I had to cancel it. As soon as I’m economically stable once more, I will definitely resuscribe.

Very nice helpdesk
I faced a connection problem some time ago. The helpdesk shared that they have already known about similar problems and working on it. They suggested several workarounds and were reaching me several times to get to know whether the problem had solved or not in very polity and warm mannear.

Hot Spot Shield Help Desk has always provided a quick response to my enquiries in regards to any issue or additional information I have needed to use this efficient VPN service over the past 7 years. It does take a little time to understand how to successfully work around to get access to blocked sites that you know are safe. A good efficient safe service. JR 7Aug2022

Premium trouble
I was having trouble downloading the premium account to my laptop due to a invalid captcha certificate, it would not let me complete the download. I then contacted Hotspot Shield help desk and was given advice and links to allow me to complete the download, they were helpful and knowledgeable and soon got my download complete.
