Months of challenges getting Hotspot Shield to work with Outlook 365
After months of issues with Hotspot Shield conflicting with my ability to use Outlook 365, after mulitple suggestions from the techs at Hotspot Shield, after mulitiple emails back forth that just continued to show their patience through my frustration, finally they appear to have resolved the issue. It does its job perfectly as a VPN
It does its job perfectly as a VPN, the support is out of this world. Have helped me twice fix my account, which was bugged due to Dashlane not recognizing my Premium membership, fast replies, straight to the point, very polite. The VPN is easy to use too!

One of my TVs lost Hotspot Shield
One of my TVs lost Hotspot Shield. Tried to reset Firestik etc. No joy, I sent email to support. They came through immediately and I was able to reset per instructions, Great Joy ensued! Good job tech support!!

I like everything about it
I like everything about it. From fast and fast access to anywhere in the world, to teamwork in case of problems. Recently there was a problem and the app stopped working. I created a request and since then, almost every day I was written from customer support team with requests to check settings, configurations, access to different locations.
