Great support for installation on Amazon Fire Stick
The team at Hotspot Shield gave great help in getting this app installed on my Amazon Fire Stick. Many thanks for that good service! As mentioned over the chat, it would be perfect to get the app into the Amazon App Store. The workaround is fine, but direct access without downloader would be better.

Great VPN that continues to improve
In the years since I first started using Hotspot the after-sales care has always been good but so too has the continued development of the software improved to the extent that issues with connections and the software itself are something of a rarity. Glad I chose to invest and put my trust in this technology.

Great Hotspot customer support
The option to add another device, my TV (5 are allowed) sent me to a QR code where I needed to log in to my account. This is something that you rarely need to do and for some reason I could not log in. I raised a ticket with support which was picked up quickly and the issue was that I had 2 usernames/emails associated with the account. This was quickly resolved by getting the account in order and I was then able to add the device. The support is quick and very easy to deal with and resolve ...
