Great VPN that continues to improve
In the years since I first started using Hotspot the after-sales care has always been good but so too has the continued development of the software improved to the extent that issues with connections and the software itself are something of a rarity. Glad I chose to invest and put my trust in this technology.

Great Hotspot customer support
The option to add another device, my TV (5 are allowed) sent me to a QR code where I needed to log in to my account. This is something that you rarely need to do and for some reason I could not log in. I raised a ticket with support which was picked up quickly and the issue was that I had 2 usernames/emails associated with the account. Hotspot shield has been the best VPN…
Hotspot shield has been the best VPN I've used. Not only that but the customer service is on point. The chat got disconnected but the agent followed up via email to make sure I was ok. I'll continue to use their service.
