Very poor customer service and sales…
Very poor customer service and sales team. If you are looking for an enterprise agreement, Hotjar does not allow you to trial their service. I've been going around in circles with the support team for a week now. As a customer for 7 years, I've reached the end of my tether with them following other poor support cases and a number of system outages.

In comparison to fullstory
In comparison to fullstory, it has better UX and more features.But its pricing is high, especially for starters.It will be better if it can give more recording in the trial.

User friendly interface, good UI.
What do you like best? User friendly interface, good UI. Freemium options. Multiple options such as form analytics, heatmaps, session recordings. Another plus point is that it is GDPR Compliant. So no need to worry about additional changes. Session recordings have option to fast forward so that you do not need to wait. Can run upto 4x. The javascrypt used is asyncronous and hence does not slow down your website. The Session recordings are extremely accurate and will help in ...

Very useful tool!
What do you like best? I like how easy the UX is to navigate and find the information. What do you dislike? It doesn't let me know when I've set something up wrong. I setup sales funnels and after a whole week there was still no data. It would be useful to have some tips on where I'm going wrong instead of days passing and no data coming in. Hotjar the most viable solution on the web
What do you like best? I use Hotjar because it is a very powerful tool that reveals the online behavior and voice of users by combining analysis and commenting instruments. It allows the user to interact with the website, particularly those with multi-step forms, while collecting comments in real time while using their website. What do you dislike? Best in class to find out how your customers interact with your website
What do you like best? I like absolutely everything about it, but most notably I love how granular you can customise your funnels to be, so that you find the exact answers to your questions. What do you dislike? Nothing, Hotjar is really the best in its sector. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't think twice.
