What do you like best? Quite possibly the best feature Hotjar has is the ability to monitor users coming to your website and following their journey from arrival to departure. Your don't just get to see what pages they've visited and what links they've clicked - that is on most of these tools - you actually get insight into what the users have done with their cursor. What do you like best? The feedback pop-ups and the video recordings What do you dislike? Nothing comes in mind at the moment. Seems great so far :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see exactly how our users interact with our website and improve the users experience of our app based on the insights we collect using Hotjar.

Mmm i think the html insertion may be a trouble for not-trustful companies, you guys should think about a freemium version with no need of html insertion.
