Great tool and quite easy to setup up. A lot of nice features are available. I personally use heatmaps and polls

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like their multi-playback and session recording functionality. Session recording is a great approach to see user interaction with your services/product. Their playback gives you an idea where interactions are happening with your services/product. What do you like best? I love being able to see what my customers are looking at on our website. The recordings have helped us know where our customers are having a difficult time and allows us to adjust those areas for a smoother user experience. I also love the free features! Just buy the damm thing, if you can't get ROI from it you're doing something wrong

What do you like best? The possibility to record visitor on your website. Keep recording and doing funnel analys, you will always find something to fix on your site -> increased conversions and sales What do you dislike?
