Hotjar is a top notch heat mapping and cursor tracking tool
What do you like best? Hotjar has massively helped our team improve our platform and landing pages by understanding how individuals are using and interacting with our online environments. The easy to use user interface makes connecting pages a breeze, and the overall user experience when playing with reporting is top-notch. What do you like best? The ease of set-up is great. Their heatmapping tool is my favorite portion. What do you dislike? Segmenting recordings is quite hard. You sometimes have too much content to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great intro to heatmapping What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Website page performance from a UX/UI perspective.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it was very visual and that it gives you different options to view your visitors and how they seethe page. Great product for heatmaps and so much more!
What do you like best? We use the free version, which still has some great functions What do you dislike? Doesn't work as seamlessly with GTM, we have found. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps us to understand user behaviour on site and better optimise our website
