Great product and on boarding experience

What do you like best? Ease of use and the ability to see scroll, movement as well as clicks What do you dislike? Cannot separate out new from repeat visitors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To see where users are clicking on our web site to inform better design. We've already made changes based on learnings and we've only been using hotjar for a couple weeks.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Hotjar does a good job gathering a plethora of useful data. You can see each user's interaction in the site, app, and even from their own devices. With this, you're able to acquire aspects of your product and assist your customers in so many ways. The best part is that even with the free plan, HotJar offers a lot of features and functionality. What do you dislike? Rarely, I see that my recordings stop. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've been using Hotjar's free option and I like how you can record the screen of each user. This is can be particularly useful if you want to figure out the interaction of a user in a certain page as well as looking into what works and what doesn't. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software is so easy to use. When the script is already laid out on the website, installing a heatmap recording is simple. Hotjar can also record user sessions. This lets you see recordings according to varying filters. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? Hotjar has massively helped our team improve our platform and landing pages by understanding how individuals are using and interacting with our online environments.
