What do you like best? This tool's crazy! You can see exactly where your visitor move the mouse on your website. You can understand better the UX and improve your website communication. What do you dislike? If the vistor clic the menu, you cannot see that, you can only imagine where it will clic then. What do you like best? I like it best for its heatmaps and its polls. I use the polls often on new sites and new pages. What do you dislike? I don't find it as intuitive as other applications. I also find the data obtained can be hard to understand.
