PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A reasonably priced software with a ton of features at your disposal (I can't think of another software like it. Session recording is incredibly well. At a low cost, I get to see my client's performance and behavior on the site. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how smple this software is from the get-go. It's so easy to carry out so you can immediately start with an analysis on how users make use of your site. What aspects are problematic or could work better? One downer with Hotjob is that I easily get lost in the filter options. I have a hard time trying to bring back the old site recording so I can get rid of them and replace them with new ones. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Having the ability to extract data from user records is simply the best. We're able to see parts where users tend to get stuck with, when they head over to FAQs, and the info they're after. This is so valuable that it helped us give info to users in places they're looking into. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? The recordings and heatmap features, they give an excellent indication of how visitors are using the website, and more importantly how things can be improved.
