Great platform

What do you like best? I love the user interface of hotjar. It is very easy to navigate and understand and I like that it has heat maps and recordings. What do you dislike? I think hotjar does a great job, I think some more filters could be added to the heat maps and recording in the future. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of being able to identify the most effective pages on my website.

What do you like best? Things don't need to be overly complicated and the team at Hotjar have not added a load of meaningless functionality at the expense of the user experience. I only use products that my team will understand and where I can present coherent information to them without the need for extra training. If you want to get everyone invested then this is a great start. What do you dislike? Nothing really. You'll need at least 500 users a day to get results in a meaningful ...

What do you like best? The recordings are the most useful tool on Hotjar. With the ability to specify your search by custom URL, source, etc., you are able to see how users interact with your website. Specifically, you can follow along with their user journey through video, seeing clicks and movement. What do you dislike? Nothing Much, but the funnel tracking tool took a little getting used it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? An excellent software with an affordable price tag.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A reasonably priced software with a ton of features at your disposal (I can't think of another software like it). Session recording is incredibly well. At a low cost, I get to see my client's performance and behavior on the site. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
