Just started using HOTJAR, Excellent so far!

What do you like best? This is much more then a 'heat map' its the truth. You see where your efforts are, and are not paying off. highly recommend using this tool ASAP before spending a single cent on acquistion, or ad spend costs What do you dislike? I could use more data from load time speeds and how that correlates to how the user is viewing the page, and elements. For example if its lazy load and there is an element the user is seeing, need to know if it's becasue of the lazy load ...

Fantastic service for digital marketers!

What do you like best? Anonymous screen recordings help our team identify user experience issues to improve our site What do you dislike? I dislike that a feature was turned on by default asking some users to rate the site, it was easy to turn off but we did not want user ratings on a "smiley face" scale. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Conversion Optimization was improved, Heatmaps were used to identify scroll patterns etc.

They erased 1 year of recordings

They erased 1 year of recordings, they removed all my settings & setups, they toke all the money, they are definitely not recommended to any professional business or agency. Very slow & unprofessional support, they simply don't know their product.They will take your money, your effort & nothing will return. they will leave you with real loses and they don't care about you.

What do you like best? Just being able to see how visitors interact with a site (especially a new or recently redesigned site) is extremely helpful. You'll see visitors do things you hadn't anticipated, which can often highlight potential site issues. What do you dislike? Great platform

What do you like best? I love the user interface of hotjar. It is very easy to navigate and understand and I like that it has heat maps and recordings. What do you dislike? I think hotjar does a great job, I think some more filters could be added to the heat maps and recording in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of being able to identify the most effective pages on my website.
