My experience with Hotjar has been smoothsailing. Unlike other SaaS, I feel I am getting great value out of Hotjar.

What do you like best? The best thing with this application which I found is the heatmap and recording functions of the software which is a perfect tool to analyze the site visitor activity. By the way i recommend you install the tracking code using Google Tag manager which has a tag ready for hotjar, you only need to input your ID.
