Amazing tool for analyzing user behavior and running surveys on your website
What do you like best? Hotjar is a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool that allows you to run quick surveys and to measure user intention through heat maps, for example. Great capabilities but also some downsides
What do you like best? I love how it takes great heatmaps and recordings What do you dislike? The form and funnel feature don't work too well. The form feature doesn't work in a cart which is probably one of the places we would like to see work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can move stories on a site page to a higher position to see if more people click there.
