Hotjar does a tremendous job in looking into how users make use of our site.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Having the ability to extract data from user records is simply the best. We're able to see parts where users tend to get stuck with, when they head over to FAQs, and the info they're after. This is so valuable that it helped us give info to users in places they're looking into. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Hotjar did me a great deal by cutting down my subscriptions. With their visitor recordings, heatmpas, and survey widgets, I have a platform at my disposal with three essential features that's simple to use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Fantastic, easy-to-read insights

What do you like best? The ability to see exactly how people interact with our website - where they click, what they read, how they navigate etc. - is fantastic, and fundamental to optimizing the user experience. What do you dislike? The automated reports are great, but the long-term value can have a sliding scale once issues have been resolved, so it may not be a useful tool in the long run. What do you like best? I like Hotjar's intuitive interface and quick creation of analysis, such as heatmaps, funnels or recordings - very easy to set up and capture data right away. Good product but needs more development

What do you like best? The mapping of page clicks and scrolls on each devise type. What do you dislike? The pricing structure is a bit steep for what they offer and how much is overlapped by google analytics. That the hotjar takes an image of the webpage and uses that forever. Amazing tool for analyzing user behavior and running surveys on your website

What do you like best? Hotjar is a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool that allows you to run quick surveys and to measure user intention through heat maps, for example. The integration with the website is smooth and the surveys created have a good response rate. Their reporting tool is also solid and provide actionable insights for UX and product improvements.
