Incredible experience, easy to set up

What do you like best? We got hotjar up and running in less than 20 minutes. In 30 we already had heatmap data to work with. It was wonderful. What do you dislike? Honestly it covered all our needs and we didn't see much to dislike, maybe the design of the admin panel could use a revamp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to have heatmaps of our site and blog, we got them up and running, also in Mobile.

I've just installed the tool into my WebShop and reviewing customer interaction I can see places where the customer struggles, in my case the DropDown menu root element is not clickable, and have to click on the sub item, I can see customers abandoning the shop as they don't know that they have to click on the sub menu. This fix will obviously increase the conversion of the website. I love this tool already.

Great tool and quite easy to setup up

What do you like best? We've been using Hotjar for the past 6 months. It has opened another perspective that currently wasn't possible with GA, like creating heatmaps. It gave us a deeper insight into what visitors do and interact with. The list of things we should improve is increasing, and we're very happy and grateful for that. What do you like best? Hotjar its a very powerfull heatmapping tool and not only! the user tracking feature its also very good What do you dislike? the pricing can be a little high compared with the rest of the market Recommendations to others considering the product: Everyone should try it at least for some weeks. This is can be particularly useful if you want to figure out the interaction of a user in a certain page as well as looking into what works and what doesn't. What do you like best? I love that Hotjar is more than a heat map tool. I've found the funnels and polls very useful in gaining user feedback. What do you dislike? It can happen that you have to update the screenshot for the heat map often as some of the text or images disappear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has been a great help in rebuilding our website so it has a better customer journey.

What do you like best? The important thing about Hotjar is that you can track and record sessions when potential customers visit my site. The basic feature of providing heat maps is incredibly valuable to understand if users get the right experience from their web pages.
