The worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I was checking it out for a potential client and decided it was going to work for their needs, now I am still trying to work out how to get a refund. I am out $588 (that amount will look familiar if you dig through the reviews here) and was given a credit, which I don't need nor will ever use.
