Impressive and Quick Response

I have been a user of Hootsuite for well over 4 years. Just recently, for the first time ever, I had an issue. I contacted them via their help desk and sent them a message on Instagram. "Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is very easy to navigate and well organized! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It lacks some features found on other scheduling platforms. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to schedule posts ahead of time to increase productivity.

They have been ignoring me

I have inquired 4 times through your contact page on your website and even tried messaging here when I didn't get a reply for 3 weeks. I finally got someone from the Sales team email me, and when they heard that I'm only interested in the Professional plan, which is the cheapest option, they just sent me the link of your website and told me to handle it myself. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Scheduling across different platforms and responding to comments! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? That it is so expensive to add more social accounts per subscription. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to use our phone to schedule out the posts.

Good but some improvements should be introduced

Good to plan ahead but 🏷 people on LinkedIN should work Threads for Twitter should work Formats (videos) that are not supported for Instagram is annoying

"Great scheduling tool with limited functionality in the basic package"

This company is a scam, stay away

I had a business account linked with 2 email addresses. I cancelled my account in 6/2022. I was continually charged $200 for the next 5 months without invoices being sent even though I went through the process to cancel. When I reached out to the company, I was essentially told tough luck and goodbye. I was told I would have had to contact them within 30 days.
