What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that I can customize almost every single element of the interface - which hashtags to follow, which accounts, the order of my streams, etc. I stick around, though, for the ability to schedule out my social postings months in advance. "Not the best option out there"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I really appreciated that I could set up feeds for all platforms. This was particularly helpful for viewing the Facebook and Instagram pages of all of our meteorologists. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? "First time with hootsuite"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Conntectivity onto all platform and accounts What do you dislike about Hootsuite? You cant get onto Instgram direct to post . Setting up Insta was a nightmare in the end we gave up . What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time with not reposting same content

Fraudulent charge

I was charged over $600USD for an annual subscription and have no way of getting in touch with Hootesuite. Submitted two tickets online, no response. No email to me like they state on their webpage stating they will send you an email 5 days prior to charging, signed up for the free account was billed for professional account, signed up with a promo for free trail , no information about the full charge anywhere . Horrible customer service - have no way of getting in touch with anyone - need ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Great to have all our social media platforms available to see content at a glance on all channels. Can easily duplicate and alters posts accordingly for different platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Would like multiple users to be available on the lower-priced paid for subscriptions. even two would be better than one. Hashtag suggestions based on content would be helpful. "Hootsuite has it all"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that you can easily link all your social channels, track progress and monitor what's going on in one place. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? You cannot see mentions in all channels and some stats are missing. "Excellent Tool"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to batch upload is particularly useful - easy to coordinate with many team members. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The lack of ability to upload direct into instagram - as most posts these days are more than a single slide, this restriction is particulalry difficult. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? This solves the issue of coordinated marketing.
