Super useful service. A big support in day by day managment

Disconnections from FB but good otherwise

It's a good program and worth it, but it keeps disconnecting (and not able to reconnect) from FB and Instagram, which is very frustrating. Then it posts to them anyway, so I don't know whether it's working or not.

Awful company - minus value given.

Awful company. Causes you more work and time than it saves, consistently logging you out of your 3rd party accounts, causes suspicious activity on social media platforms, having to change passwords multiple times. Support always asking you to clean cache and log out and log back in (premium service), that's if you finally get through to them. They want nearly £600 for this per year? no refunds offered, snide annual subscription tactics, which is actually robbing people. Old school tactics ...

Streams are the highlight of the app

Streams are the highlight of the app. Being able to view several feeds from a given social account at the same time gives useful insight into the topics and trends I need to follow. Being able to post to multiple platforms at once also helps, though the pared-down nature of the capability on mobile devices is a buzzkill. Scheduling in advance is also nice, though it's also less useful on mobile devices, given the feature-deprived nature of posting in general.

We love using Hootsuite for our business. It gives us excellent features and insight into how posts are affecting our target audience across all of our social channels. I wish every tool we used was as easy and effective as Hootsuite.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The Twitter features are good for keeping a track of brand mentions. It's also easy to schedule posts and view what posts are coming up to be posted. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The desktop app can feel clucky and old fashioned. It can also be slow to edit images or upload videos. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling social media posts ahead of time.

It offers helpful courses for free and gives you the best recommendations in terms of when to post and what content to post. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Sometimes I will receive notifications about an error while posting and it asks me to change something on the post before rescheduling. "It makes my life so much easier."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite has allowed me to schedule all of my social media posts on multiple platforms with ease. They post perfectly and having the option to edit them from my phone is amazing. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I would love to be able to schedule stories.
