Needs improvement on IG

Hootsuite is a useful tool for managing multiple social platforms but really needs better integration with IG for better control over photo aspect ratio and to allow for larger file sizes when uploading video. My IG business account allows for bigger uploads than just 100mb but that's not the case with Hootsuite for some reason. This is crucial for accounts putting out production content not shot on cellular phones.

Working with Hootsuite has both saved time and added valuable insight in the management of our company's social media program. Can't imagine a day without it now.

"Slightly clunky"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The large review panel shows you how your posts will look. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I think it's difficult to re-schedule posts and you can't pick a display still for videos. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great for linking profiles and mentioning people - I wish they would come up automatically though.

These people do not know when to stop…

These people do not know when to stop or how to let you opt out. I have unsubscribed twice ánd asked them to stop twice and they are still sending me emails asking me if I 'want to touch base' because I filled in one form once. Hootsuite! Overloading client prospects is also a thing!

"Best value in terms of price, but can fall short when compared to competitors."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootesuite is the best in terms of price point because it truly does offer all the basic tools and functions that most other platforms offer for relatively higher price points. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I don't really like the metrics and performance reports that Hootesuite has to offer. Trying to stop getting recurring…

Trying to stop getting recurring charges! I once used your free version and trying to cancel this service to no avail! On July 28, 2021 I was charged $348.00 for a service I do not use and again this year, July 28, for $558.00 I would NOT recommend this service! I cant find any emails of being automatically charged and just saw that this was a recurring charge. Hoping to resolve this dispute with Discover!

"Not Bad, But Not the Best"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The software is simple, fairly easy to use, does what it's supposed to, helping to keep on top of social media scheduling and posting. Terrible

Terrible, I have been trying to get some help for over a week, I am unable to schedule my work and my clients are disappointed. I have messaged many time, no reply on chat, no reply on messenger and now just a ticket. Very poor. Currently looking for an alternative which is inconvenient.
