I was charged over 910.8 AUD when I did…

I was charged over 910.8 AUD when I did not use anything. I thought I could sign up on a free trial but it automatically charged my credit card for a full year without informing me in advance or reminded me to cancel. I already deleted my account when it’s charged. Would it be possible if I could get a refund from them? I already emailed then twice and filed a complaint via BBB but got no response yet.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that it is a good beginner tool for scheduling social media posts What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There were little to know reporting and analytical features and very very basic functionality What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hoot suite helps small businesses manage their social media presence in one place

Best Social Scheduler on the Market!

I've used a few other platforms and I bring all of my teams back to hootsuite, they keep adding functionality and improving and I've used this solution for over 5 years.

Great platform

Working with Hootsuite has really streamline the way we do our social media. Although they are knowledgeable about the platform, we were disappointed that they couldn’t help fix a connection issue to one of our platforms

I don't have many other tools to compare it to that I've used professionally What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Free Trial Scam

I went to sign up for a free trial, but I got repeated error messages that my card details weren't accepted - at that point I decided to give it a miss, and did not complete signing up. Bit of a shock when I get charged £561 for a service that I didn't even fully sign up for! Absolutely ridiculous.
