What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that you have the live feed right on your dashboard and you can instantly respond and interact with followers right from hootsuite What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The pricing of hootsuite is a bit higher than others that offer the same or similar services What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? it helps me manage multiple clients accounts at one time all in one place and i can offer then detailed analytics

A very useful tool with some restrictions

Hootsuite is a very useful tool for Social Media content planning. It is well structured and gives you interesting reports about the performance of your posts. There is one main point of critisism - you cannot plan posts with a pdf or link a private account. This makes it a little bit difficult because we have to plan these posts directly on the Social Media platform. Which means we cannot plan them for the future (at least not on LinkedIn).

Can schedule social media posts, can add multiple social media accounts and assign users, can add multiple "streams" on the dashboard like retweets, lists, followers, etc, can do paid advertising and boost the reach of posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, can analyse and track performance of post with insights and reports. hello I went through our trial and cancelled before the renew date however I seemed to of been charged even though I haven't used the platform since my trial

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I loved the bulk upload on their platform. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It got really expensive for all the social media accounts that I manage. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? The bulk upload was a nice feature but I never really used any of their other features. It didn't flow very easily.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Best software for beginners to manage small social media accounts. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Free plan can manage 2 social media accounts. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite sometimes provide me incorrect results while doing analysis of my social media accounts.
