You are the worst. I opened trial period and the exact next day there was an attempt to charge me. Luckily I had restrictions on my card. Just stay away!

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I've been using Hootsuite for over a year now, and I'm pretty impressed at the depth and length I've been able to use the platform quite extensively from setting up streams, boards and adding apps to integrate other data sources to view all my channels in one place. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite's content planner is extremely easy to use and provides a clean visual experience. My team can preview all social media posts, schedule in advance, and receive analytics afterward. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I feel tricked.

Like so many others I never received the reminder email with instructions as to how to cancel my policy after the 30 day trial, so was subsequently billed (looks like one day early too). Apparently you cancel on the profile section, but if accessing via iPhone X it is tricky to find this as it gets hidden at the bottom (not in the normal place for profiles) Eventually you find it, and then try to cancel.
