"Everything is great, just need to improve how to schedule a carousel type IG post"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The scheduling view and the streams to check how well the posts are doing is great. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The biggest pro is the newsfeed. It is a great way to keep track of all the social platforms, and it helps eliminate the need to log into each account individually. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I signed up for a free trial that wasn’t so free.

I signed up for a free trial. I was under the impression that I’d be notified prior to the end of the trial period so that I could cancel if I wasn’t interested in continuing after the trial period. That didn’t happen and I was charged $588. After reading reviews here as well as the BBB site it seems this is their mode of operation. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The reporting is better than what the individual accounts provide natively. Also, the ability to schedule and batch posts to numerous accounts is extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Total waste of time. It's riddled with constant errors so either you can't schedule posts or when you do they don't post!
