Massively increased prices recently, bloated with inessential features, strange glitches and wonkiness for the price paid. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It was meant to help me manage my social media presence efficiently, but I stopped using it when they jacked up the price without adding useful features.

Appalling customer support

I would give this lot minus if possible. We have been complaining the weekly dashboard being wrong for months. We complained to account manager, Caroline, who promised to get someone to fix it but never did. We complained to sales team who does not want to know. For months, no one bothers to reply and correct the errors. So the dashboard has been wrong for 2 years! We are giving them a final warning and will discontinue subscription.
