On Friday when I logged into our Hootsuite account, I received a message to say they would no longer offer a free service. I clicked an option to a pay a discount fee of £8.99 per month for the 'professional package'. This currently advertised in the UK for £89.00 per month. Today (Monday) I received an invoice for £2500.00 and this sum had been taken from our debit card over the weekend(!) Total inability to get tech support…

Total inability to get tech support through any means after paying $3,000 for enterprise plan. Regular failures to post to instagram and twitter.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to manage all social inboxes in one place, the detailed reporting and the post tags to track individual campaigns. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Originally, you could not tag all people in LinkedIn posts when scheduling. However, I have been told they are creating that feature now! They are a scammy company. Tried to read their customer service, now on a PayPal phone call and disputing the service. They need to stop. Refund me the money now!!!! No answers and I called PayPal to report the fraud. You all will stop scamming people pretty soon!

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite's strength is its all-in-one place where I can access all of my organization's social media channels. It makes scheduling posts in advance so easy! I love the content calendar view, where I can visualize the week's content calendar.
