Avoid - £2500 Taken Without Authorisation

On Friday when I logged into our Hootsuite account, I received a message to say they would no longer offer a free service. I clicked an option to a pay a discount fee of £8.99 per month for the 'professional package'. This currently advertised in the UK for £89.00 per month. Today (Monday) I received an invoice for £2500.00 and this sum had been taken from our debit card over the weekend(!) What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hoot suite is a really great tool for scheduling social content across different platforms. "Hootsuite Daily User"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to manage all social inboxes in one place, the detailed reporting and the post tags to track individual campaigns. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Originally, you could not tag all people in LinkedIn posts when scheduling. However, I have been told they are creating that feature now! What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? They can pull all the social analytics we need to create better content.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite's strength is its all-in-one place where I can access all of my organization's social media channels. It makes scheduling posts in advance so easy!
