"Great platform with some limitations"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? The depth, ease of use, and monitoring of competing or complementary channels are wonderful. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The ability to manage multiple identities was too limiting What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite makes monitoring competitive social media channels easy as you manage your own.

"Replaced our external social agency"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite combines many features that makes posting to multiple social platforms a breeze. It's also a great place to answer all of your comments and messages from one dashboard. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Right now, some important messages from followers are getting lost in the Unassigned inbox as these don't send automatic emails so that they can be dealt with. We bought an annual plan and had to cancel it us all the weeks we had problems with content that couldnt be published.

"Good functionality but the price was prohibitive"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? There's lots of great functionality in Hootsuite for scheduling. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Our plan significantly increased in cost which became prohibitive for us to use. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite made it easy for us to manage multiple social accounts for our different clients.

"Versatile platform for social media management"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Easy integration with major social media platforms. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? A bit of a learning curve. Not the best UI for the reporting dashboard. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite lets me schedule social media posts on multiple platforms in advance and see the upcoming publishing calendar at a glance. I can see gaps in coverage, easily copy/duplicate posts, and vary the timing of publishing.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Have all social tasks in one platform with extensive data analytics. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? - Social posting for Pinterest (may be restrictions with Pinterest) - Logs out after extended use - "Streams" page is a little jank for different sources What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? "Quick and efficient sales process, good social scheduling and lots of extras like courses."
What do you like best about Hootsuite? We had a pretty good onboarding experience - the sales team were quick and attentive to our organization's needs. Helped us source the right plan and answered any questions we had with a demo. They also offers a range of courses at the enterprise level that our team took full advantage of. The feedback from the courses that I have heard have been pretty good, along with the 1:1 coaching. All in all, we started using the program pretty quickly out of ...
