"Great Sales Process & Service"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? The people we worked with were absolutely incredible! They were ultimately the reason why we moved forward with them, as it was neck and neck with Sprout. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? We are still new to using the platform, but one of the drawbacks was that there wasn't an easy and user-friendly way to share multiple copy options for each post (this is for Amplify). What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite is ...

"One Stop Shop for Social Media Management"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that all the different functions of managing social media operations are included in one place - we can listen, publish content, pull analytics, and more. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? A lot of the additional functionality pieces are add-ons and the cost can be very expensive. There are also sometimes differences in data from what you get in Hootsuite compared to what you may get from a social media platform natively - which can cause ...

"Creative Director"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? It is the only way to manage this many accounts in one place, and the integrations are improving. I also appreciate how much Hootsuite is constantly trying to improve! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I feel like there are a lot of different workflows that aren't correctly set up for someone who isn't just posting generated/stock photo content. I also find many issues with not being able to upload youtube videos in anything except mp4. In addition, ...

"Review of Hootsuite"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ability to schedule social media posts in advance is excellent. I use it to plan social media campaigns in advance. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I think the analytics could be improved. I find that they can be quite confusing to digest and you don't get a full picture of how each channel is performing. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? As a large organisation, we have a number of individuals working on ...

"Great for some features, analytics could be better"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is a vital part of our analytics because it has tagging features. We split up the kinds of content we post with Hootsuite tags. We're able to see how videos perform in relation to static photos, or how certain products rank against other products. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Hootsuite post performance analytics are all around good, there is the occasional issue that the terms they allow you to sort by do not match the terms you can ...
