"Excellent customer service"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I really like the customization of analytics and the scheduling features. I've experienced some issues with integrating Meta to our Hootsuite due to issues with Instagram and the customer service team was extremely helpful! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I don't think the AI feature is there yet, it's helpful for brainstorming but it's not quite at the level it needs to be for social media inspiration. I'm not sure how it can be improved further, ...

"A social media managers best friend"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? How easy it is to use and how easy it is to get team members onboarded. The overall structure of the platform is clean, the help provided is simple and generally, it takes a lot of stress out my day-to-day. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? In the 3 years that I've been using it it doesn't seem to have innovated as much as other platforms. I know it's fairly restricted by APIs but generally I haven't come across an update that I'm excited by. It's ...

"Simple, but Powerful Tools"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Using the interface makes it easy to make sense of scheduling content and making use of analytics & reporting. The average user can pick this up with limited formal instruction needed (although there is good learning content available on demand if needed). What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Some of the more advanced features you'd like to see in the platform (specific to social platform-specific engagement data, custom data mapping for consolidated ...

"Helpful tool with pretty much everything you need to manage your social media channels in one place."
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Having all things social media management in one place and being able to collaborate across the team. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I would prefer for Hootsuite to have more accessibility features built in, such as alt-text for Instagram. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling so I don't have to manually post each day. Having team collaboration so all members can access data so I don't have to personally ...

"Great Platform For Our Hospitality Company!"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite has been beneficial for us to schedule posts out in advance for our 30 hotels and 9 restaurants. Our marketing team has been able to save so much time creating posts and focus on creating higher quality content. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The only downsides that we have experienced using Hootsuite are some of the levels of permissions that the social media applications allow them to have. For example, you can't actually post stories ...

"Robust content creation, management tool"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the add-ons that Hootsuite provides such as Owly writer for helping to write posts; the access to other free photos, and gifs, the inspiration stream, the ability to duplicate posts. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Not being able to schedule stories directly in IG, or reels and stories in Facebook. I wish they would add that feature. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to easily schedule and manage ...
