"Hootsuite is a good all round tool for small to enterprise sized companies"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Ease of setting up streams. Feature release relatively regular. Has useful content suggestion tool for small companies. Analytic dashboards are comprehensive enough and useful. More paid analytic insight options would be good though. Account managers very good, supportive, offer strategy ideas and solutions. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Not the most comprehensive out there in terms of governance, although they are addressing some of this in ...

"Absolutely game changing!"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is just the best tool for digital marketers wanting to streamline social media efforts. It changes how you work - but in the best way possible! I don't have to go though each social media platform to monitor, post, and analyze. It's all in one place! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Downtimes are a given - which can honestly be inconvenient, especially if you have urgents. But it is understood that it's needed to improve the overall ...

"Social Media Analytics"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is great for compiling internal reports for our partners on all of our social media channels. It's powerful and ways to use and has a plethora of options to tailor to your own needs. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It can be clunky sometimes and because there are so many options and data points it can be a little overwhelming to find exactly what you're looking for in the database. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that ...

"Social Media Workhorse with Uninspired Roadmap"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite has always been my social media management go-to, with its multi-column design being an industry standard. For corporate solutions it provides the tools needed to be successful and bring strong analysis to messaging. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? When compared to some competitors, Hootsuite is showing its age in function and UI. Innovation has slowed - one wonders if this is due to reductions in force at the company. For those new ...

"A must for SMMs"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ease of scheduling for all of the channels I am responsible for is a time saver. It's easy to use, and the customer support is A++. And for those who have difficulty getting started, there are excellent FAQs and tutorials. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The analytics tools are pretty good, but I wish there were more stalwart hashtag tracking integrated with the system. The campaign tracking isn't quite as easy to use as I'd like. What ...

"Good Social-Media-Tool for everybody"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? the best thing about Hootsuite is that everything is in one place. It's very easy to choose and use between different areas. The organization in the tool is something I can only approve of. The tool is self-explanatory and can be used directly by employees. Training was hardly necessary. The new planner also looks very appealing and is part of the editorial plan. The analytics functions are very good! The dashboards can be customized and used directly. ...
