Their customer service is unresponsive
Their customer service is unresponsive. The excuse given is that they have a large number of support tickets coming in. Well, perhaps if they talked to paying customers voice to voice on the phone, problems would be resolved faster. They charged us $1300 and I never authorized it or wanted to renew. This is an unacceptable business practice. They have not gotten back to me yet after requesting a refund.

HootSuite went from $125 a year to…
HootSuite went from $125 a year to almost $700 a year in no time. Then, when we tried to cancel they billed us for the full yearly amount, not once but TWICE! We can't get away from the charges! Stay away from them, you can't call, chat or email to get an answer from anyone. Also, Facebook blocks any post posted through HootSuite from being boosted.

"Hootsuite - The easiest social media management tool"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is still the easiest social management tool that I have used. Granted I have used 2, another is Oracle SRM but this is still the better one. It is highly intuitive, easy for new users and most of the features are self-explanatory. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Since Hootsuite is easy to use sometimes it is the downside of it. "Incredibly intuitive and easy to learn social scheduling platform"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? - Easy to navigate around the platform, became second nature to me incredibly quickly - Vast amounts of training courses and certifications available to get yourself up to speed - Impressive analytics capabilities, cross-platform comparison and reporting What do you dislike about Hootsuite? - Limited by API of social platforms, i.e. despite having Twitter Blue, I'm limited to 280 characters in Hootsuite - Scheduled posts sometimes fail to go live when ...

"A Social Media Game Changer!"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's the all-in-one place to manage all your social media channels for your business. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The only downside is when videos don't upload when you've scheduled content for weeks in advance. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintaining brand consistency. The content library has allowed us to take full advantage of this across our club accounts.

"It is useful to plan your posts in advance"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? You can plan your posts in advance in one single space instead of posting natively on each platform. I like that I can go back to a certain date to review the posts. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The fact you cannot tag individuals and you cannot upload pdfs on LinkedIn. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Learning and using it in customer care and engaging with the customers is straightforward. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite helps ensure that all of my social media posts are well-scheduled and on track by giving me an in-depth analysis of the metrics per post.
