Incredibly inept at giving support

Incredibly inept at giving support. I have been using Hootsuite for at least 5 years now with free plan, because i have never needed a bigger package. Now they have decided that the free package can no longer be an option. I can understand the choice, for marketing or whatever but my experience has been very bad: I have found my account unusable as it is only possible to use it with a paid account with no possibility to view all my scheduled posts or drafts!!!
