What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that Hootsuite allows me to manage multiple Twitter account and schedule Tweets to go out at certain times. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Social media is, and has been the most economical and effective method of marketing for a while now. I began using Hootsuite, in its infancy when Facebook did not allow you to schedule posts for your pages. Actually, I don't think any of them offered this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BILLING PRACTICES Much the same as many of the reviews here, my complaint is about the fees charged to my credit card and an extremely negative experience with the "help" desk. Went from UNUSED 30 day free trial period to an automatic $400+ charge to my card for annual fee. As soon as I saw the charge I contacted them to reverse it, stating that I had never used the service but to no avail....yet. I swear I think I encountered a robot who would answer with ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The amount of platforms you can load and set up side by side in the dashboard makes visibility exceptional. Comparing what works and where for social media is made enormously simple. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There is not enough support or advice to better the experience with HootSuite.
