TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BILLING PRACTICES Much the same as many of the reviews here, my complaint is about the fees charged to my credit card and an extremely negative experience with the "help" desk. Went from UNUSED 30 day free trial period to an automatic $400+ charge to my card for annual fee. As soon as I saw the charge I contacted them to reverse it, stating that I had never used the service but to no avail....yet. I swear I think I encountered a robot who would answer with ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Having all the things laid out was nice, but had a lot of bugs What do you dislike about Hootsuite? So much inconsistency in whether it would work or not What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes great, sometimes it just slowed progress

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I use Hootsuite to automatically post daily content to Facebook and Linkedin. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There is somewhat of a learning curve.to figured out. Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite: By all means give it a try. Set it and forget it. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Everything is automated,,. Great time saver.

Hi everyone you see al these bad reviews and im just reading this after they took 400 USD out of my bank this morning i swear i signed up for a monthly trial and assumed at most they would take 40$ but i woke up and they have taken 400$ from my account like how does this happeng ? im currently opening a dispute with paypal and if that doesnt work il be marking it as fraud to my bank account . DO NOT BUY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A YEAR OF SERVICE

Poor software
Poor software, terrible customer experience. Really very basic with poor UX. the customer service though, that really takes the biscuit. Shocking. I cannot recommend the software or the company.
