I can honestly say I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my personal life or working life. Hootsuite has the worst customer service bar none. Very good experience overall

Wanted to use the platform more but it wasn't for me. My free trial ran out and automatically paid for a year sub, customer service took a little while to get back to me but fully refunded my account, no questions asked. Very happy with how they handled the situation when I was at fault.
