Never experienced this before with any…

Never experienced this before with any other company. After a "free trial" they charged 1500 euros without permission or transparancy. As a company we use a lot of tools with or without visa but we have never experienced this. This is not ethical business embodies. Stay away from them!

Same old Problem...

Same old Problem...Once signed out signing in is just a plain NIGHTMARE.With Constant not recognising your email & Password, you guys need to pull your finger out and get this sorted.On average I have to sign in around 9 times with the same email and password before it finally works.Get this sorted Hootsuite or loose custom.

Free Trial scam!

Unfortunately I've been scammed by Hootsuite like many of us here. I subscribed to their free trial, then when I received the email saying that the free trial will finish on the 2nd January 2020, I went straight to cancel it. Big surprise, On the first I've been charged £360 for a full year of professional service. So they said the payment would start on the 02/01/20 after the free trial but they charge on the 01/01/20. And most important they don't cancel the free trial like I requested on ...

"Intuitive and Easy to use."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that the site makes it very easy for me to manage several accounts at once. I can easily stay on top of posting and engagement for my clients. The batch post feature has been a dream for me and the smart technology makes posting to individual platforms less of a headache. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Hootsuite Scam

Hootsuite will scam you after the 30 day free trial. They will upgrade your account to the highest one and charge for an entire year without your permission after the 30 day trial. It's companies like this that need to be taken down. They stole over $500 from me on Christmas day!
