Hootsuite will scam you after the 30 day free trial. They will upgrade your account to the highest one and charge for an entire year without your permission after the 30 day trial. It's companies like this that need to be taken down. They stole over $500 from me on Christmas day!

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like the publisher view and the way you can customize your links. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? No advanced Reporting capabilities to know what content is the most influent. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? With Hootsuite I save a lot of time managing at the same time all my social media accounts .

The software is super buggy and if you don’t personally call them to cancel your trial, they will bill you an entire year with no confirmation. It’s a total fraud. Customer service is non-existent and there is no way to reach a human. I took this to the BBB and they argued with me there too. What company is cool with charging you $348 for a product you never used and have no need for? A fraudulent company with no scruples.
